Announcing our 2018 Conference and Call for Presentations

Reimagining the Future of Arts in Health

October 8-10, 2018
Austin, Texas
Austin Convention Center

Dear Friends and Supporters of NOAH,

NOAH is proud to announce its second annual conference, to be held in conjunction with the 31st Healthcare Facilities and Design Symposium and Exposition (HFSE), October 8 – 10th 2018, in Austin, Texas.

We have been so pleased to hear the positive feedback from attendees regarding the 2017 conference!  This year we will be making many improvements based on the suggestions that you provided to us.  Some of the changes that will be implemented include a pre-symposium workshop for administrators of Arts in Health programs on Sunday, October 7 (stay tuned for details!), as well as an additional space throughout the conference for participatory arts activities.

For information on the larger Symposium and Exposition, please visit the HFSE’s website here. NOAH’s conference track information will be on the HFSE website by April 2018.  Proceedings and photos from the 2017 conference can be found here on our website. NOAH is grateful for the friends and sponsors who have been instrumental in the success of its early endeavors, including its legacy organization, the Arts & Health Alliance.

In addition to the Arts in Health track activities, our conference attendees will have access to the keynotes, full breakfasts, luncheons, break refreshments, and Expo events with the attendees of the Symposium. Registration fees for the conference track will begin at the Early Bird rate of $495 for NOAH members. Individuals who do not wish to become members of NOAH can register at the rate of $650. After June 1, the Early Bird rate will expire for NOAH members and the cost for members will be $595. We will again provide information on affordable accommodation options in addition to the official conference hotels.

We encourage you to apply to present and participate in this exciting conference!
